Thanks to unhealthy lifestyle that leads to this ;) .Moving forward, now a days the unhealthy lifestyle leads to variety of diseases and
yes oxidative stress is one of the disease which is result of
unhealthy lifestyle.So we are going to discuss oxidative stress here 1st
let me explain what actually oxidative stress is.
Oxygen acts as a fuel for our body to
run it properly but here comes the free radicals that is just like
thief expert in stealing electron from the body.If body doesn't have
enough antioxidants for free radicals then the condition leads to
"oxidative stress".I will make it more easy for you let us
take the example of battery,battery doesn't perform well when voltage
is too high or too low and same is the case in body cell,too high or
too low cellular redox leads to premature ageing and cellular
dysfunction.
But yes there is one solution, by utilizing
the goodness of olive oil we can fight against the oxidative stress
and hence ageing.Olive oil contains highest amount of MUFA (mono
unsaturated. fat)which doesn't oxidize easily and it also contains vit E
and Polyphenols which protects the cell from the damages caused by
free radicals.So,include olive oil in your diet and stay healthy..
